The market analysis will help you find the right product what products people are buying, how you can make it better. What should your business have that people like, etc. That is what market analysis can help you with!
Let me give you an example, if you own a café. First, go to other café’s and see what they have, and what people tend to buy. You could even ask the staff if you want to do that. Now, you found maybe 10 popular products or drinks people tend to buy a lot.
Now, why don’t you buy one of those, taste them and see if you can make it better. One thing you will want to do is to put it on your menu. Note that you should go to multiple café’s, not just one. Now, when your café is open, with these popular drinks, and you have made them better (if you could). Now the chance that people will return is a lot higher.
Because what you have is better, and people tend to like better drinks, and easily switch places if the other one is better. One thing to note is to not set higher prices, in my experience, it doesn’t help at all, and people won’t probably try it, they might go like “well it is a lot cheaper at my place, better just go there instead”.

So to the planning part, so let’s say you have done your research, what now? Well now you will want to make a plan to how you can satisfy your potential costumers! The costumer is the most important person within your business!

It kinda divides complicated data into digestible, impactful points that can drive decision-making. So if you got any hard goals, or something that is a bit more complicated. Use this strategy.
